Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (additional fees apply).

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us, and we will assist you.
